Pets Per Household - 2 allowed
Pet Deposit - $250 per pet

• Tropical and/or Goldfish

*Town Center apartments only allow 2 cats maximum, no dogs*

HOW TO REGISTER 

PetScreening profile is our third-party company that manages all resident pet information for the safety of our residents and communities.

• Once your lease is signed, you will be sent your Petscreening profile link to register. 
• Select and complete your pet profile, whether you have pets, an assistance animal, or no pet/animal in the home.
