Regional Vice President

Paris Cousin is an accomplished operational leader with more than 20 years of experience in military housing and property management. She steps into the role of Regional Vice President for Liberty Military Housing after serving as Area Vice President for the Mid‑Atlantic Region, where she oversaw multi‑district operations, guided high‑performing teams, and strengthened organizational structure. 

Since joining Liberty in 2021, Paris has served as Regional Property Manager and Area Vice President, bringing deep operational expertise and a seasoned understanding of military housing. Her career is marked by strong performance results, trusted partnerships with Navy stakeholders, and a leadership style grounded in clarity, empathy, and accountability. 

Prior to joining Liberty, Paris served as Senior Director of Operations in Hawaii, overseeing more than 7,000 homes across Navy and Marine Corps installations. In this role, she led large‑scale operations, supported mission readiness, and partnered closely with Navy and Marine Corps leadership to deliver consistent, high‑quality housing services. 

Paris is known for her collaborative approach and passion for developing high‑performing teams. Her commitment to mission readiness, compliance, and resident satisfaction is reflected in her strong relationships with both Navy leadership and internal partners. She is equally dedicated to Liberty’s employee‑ownership culture, leading with presence, accountability, and a consistent focus on doing what’s right for residents, partners, and team members. 

Based in the Mid‑Atlantic Region, Paris looks forward to continuing to support the teams and communities she serves. Her promotion to Regional Vice President, effective January 18, 2026, reflects her long‑standing commitment to operational excellence and the trust she has earned across Liberty Military Housing.

Paris holds CPM® and ARM® credentials through IREM. She remains committed to leadership development, elevating regional performance, and strengthening engagement with residents and partners.
