Bryan Hunt joined Liberty Military Housing in August 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and real estate. Prior to joining Liberty, Bryan served as Chief Financial Officer for Sierra Pacific Properties, Inc., Accord Group Holdings, Inc., and WinnResidential. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Accounting Officer for Essex Property Trust, Inc. Bryan also spent more than a decade in public accounting with leading firms including Deloitte & Touche LLP, KPMG LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP, building a strong foundation in financial management, auditing, and strategic business leadership.

Bryan is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the California State Board of Accountancy and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
