Dane Baker, Regional Vice President of Construction, provides leadership and strategic oversight for Liberty Military Housing’s construction and development efforts across the West Army, Southwest Marines, and Southwest Navy regions. With more than 26 years of construction experience and over 21 years with Liberty, Dane brings extensive experience in field operations, project management, and construction leadership.

Dane joined Liberty in 2005 and has progressed through a variety of Construction Services roles, including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Construction Manager, and Director of Construction. He also holds an active ICC Residential Building Inspector certification, complementing the practical construction experience and technical knowledge he has developed throughout his career.

Dane is passionate about developing people and building strong, capable teams. His leadership approach emphasizes creating clarity, empowering others to take ownership, and developing future leaders with the confidence and judgment to make effective decisions. He remains focused on strengthening collaboration and delivering well-executed construction and development projects that provide exceptional improvements for the military families Liberty serves.
