In SDFC’s 2–0 win against St. Louis CITY SC, we were proud to share the spotlight with a Navy family whose service has taken them around the world, and whose roots here help keep our local military community strong.
Please join us in recognizing Commander Rebecca Adams and Commander Matt Adams of the U.S. Navy.
Both graduates of the United States Naval Academy and Surface Warfare Officers, Rebecca and Matt have served on ships in Japan, Washington, Virginia, and San Diego. Rebecca is currently assigned to the Zumwalt-class destroyer program, and Matt serves with Afloat Training Group San Diego.
Married for 13 years, they are also the proud parents of Isla, Atley, and Eris.
