Liberty Military Housing today announced the completion of a comprehensive $12 million renovation at Park Summit, a military housing community serving Naval Base San Diego and Naval Base Point Loma. Designed to meet the needs military families, the renovations represent a unique product type within Liberty’s portfolio and reflects the company’s broader commitment to providing high‑quality housing that supports military readiness and well‑being.

The renovation marks a transformational change to this gated, 30-unit community, with significant infrastructure upgrades, exterior enhancements, and interior upgrades. Each apartment home features two bedrooms, all-new kitchen appliances, heating/cooling systems, new doors, window coverings, lighting fixtures, and patios or balconies.
